Concox WLBC Ball End Mill
Concox WLBC is a carbide ball end mill series in TiAlN coating, built for high-hardness and heat-treated steels. Diameters run 1-20 mm in a fixed 2-flute geometry, with the ball radius always equal to half the cutter diameter, for true hemispherical-tip contouring and 3D profile work.

Corner radius always equals half the cutter diameter (R = D/2) across all 15 catalogue sizes, for true ball-nose contouring.
Fixed 2-Flute Design
A consistent 2-flute geometry across the full 1-20 mm range suits 3D profiling and contour milling.
TiAlN Coating for Hardened Steel
TiAlN coating supports machining of high-hardness and heat-treated materials alongside general structural and alloy steels.
Broad Material Coverage
Rated for general structural steel, carbon and alloy steel, Q&T/die steel (P), stainless SUS304/316 (M), cast iron FCD/FC (K), and hardened steel up to 60HRC (H).
